I think I should care more about my health.
I realize that nowadays, I am destroying myself.
I shall stop doing all these.
I do the very common thing like everybody does, skip morning breakfast.
I sometimes eat but sometimes don't during recess, and if I eat, I only eat fruits.
Lunch time (come back from school). It's time for lunch, and also my first proper meal of the day.
Sadly, I feel so tired sometimes so I go to bed instead of eating lunch first.
When my stomach finally can't take it anymore, it will wake me up from my beautiful nap.
Maybe it's already 5? 6?
So I will take my lunch in the evening.
Dinner? probably 7 or 8.
Night time?
I can't really sleep, eventhough I will stop ALL kind of activities including SMS-ing to force myself to sleep after 12+.
It's really hard to fall asleep once you took a long nap during afternoon time.
So, I lack my sleep at night.
I'm use to it already, that's why I can wake up every morning.
But, I will take my nap again during afternoon time.
And den, I will lack and hard to sleep again at night.
Same goes to the no-breakfast and evening-lunch thingy,
It repeats everyday, 24/7,
and I heard that people that sleep less den 8 hours a day will become stupid LOL
Well, maybe we should sit down and think,
is it right for us to sleep late at night, skipping breakfast, and yada-yada...
We may not feel the pain now, but what if the pain comes to us one day?
I sound so scary-cat huh,
because one of the pain is near to me now.
I'm regret.
